Almond Butter Pancakes – Grain Free!
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond butter
Grass fed butter for greasing pan
Blend cashew milk and 1 banana in Vitamix or other blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Heat cast iron skillet on medium heat and melt about 1 tsp grass fed butter to grease pan. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
Top dollop of greek yogurt, a few raspberries, and a drizzle of Grade B Maple Syrup!
