An Update on Supplement Orders and Subscriptions
I want to take a moment to share gratitude to each and every one of you and reach out to let you know we are here for you and your family’s needs! I also want to share a sincere apology for the possible delays you have experienced in the shipping of your order due to demands and restrictions during this unprecedented time. As subscribers for my nutritional supplements you know firsthand the impact of quality nutrition formulas on your health and wellness and I appreciate your trust in the use of my Naturally Nourished supplement line.
As you know, my business is independently owned and run and like many small businesses, COVID19 has made quite an impact both on our production and fulfillment center turnaround but we are doing what we can to get you what you need ASAP.
I have good news and bad news, let’s start with the bad and I’ll leave things positive! The bad news is that there are a couple of items that are difficult for us to maintain demands of, this includes primarily immune formulas but our business took a leap of growth just prior to March which has created a dual demand that we are having a difficult time supporting.
Our goals and what you should expect (in non-COVID19 times):
Your order is processed within 2 business days of placing and shipped out via the selected method which generally should get to you 1-4 days following, expect to get your items 3-6 business days from placing your order based on shipping method.
What is happening now:
The warehouse which fulfills items other than supplements including toilet paper, body care products, etc., is backed up 2-3 days in fulfillment and there are shipping delays of 1-2 days based on demands to UPS and USPS. This means you may be getting your order 8-12 days from placing or subscription refill due to both the warehouse and shipping businesses having shorter staff, greater limitations, and higher demands.
We are frustrated at this and know that you all want and need your products quicker than this turnaround but our hands are tied and all we can do is keep pushing. Please note you will continue to get an updated tracking number when your order does ship. If it is within 10 business days of your order being placed we ask that you do not email us with inquiry as this is the expected timeline through the month of April and likely into May.
Also, there are many high demand products that are on backorder, you will see us updating this status on our website when things run out with a noted goal of back in stock date. As we have been watching trends and demands we have ordered many products at 3-5x typical quantity to ensure we can continue to grow with our demands and ensure we can provide consistent product availability to support your needs.
You may notice during this time you are getting a couple of boxes for your order of multiple items as we are shipping what we have in stock to get these necessary tools to you ASAP. This means your Super Turmeric and EPA-DHA extra may ship earlier than your probiotic which is in transit to our warehouse and may come separately 2-3 days from your first 2 items. We are covering the extra shipment/s as needed as our best way to support you and show gratitude for our valued customers getting you what we have in stock at that time!
We are so grateful for you and your support during this time. We will be emailing you in a week or so to share with you updates on your subscription as we migrate platforms from WooCommerce to Shopify which will allow us to hold future stock for our subscribers on limited items to prevent you experiencing your subscribed items going out of stock as well as better functionality for you in modifying your account and orders.
The good news:
- Our website transition in May should greatly support a more user-friendly experience and prevent your subscribed items from running out of stock in the future. Look out for an email soon with what you need to do to transition your subscriptions and create a new account!
- We are ordering larger quantities and working to improve function of fulfillment (once this mess passes) to ensure efficient turnaround, getting you your supplements quickly and all in one package!
- Because you are so amazing and understanding of all the craziness, those who have active subscriptions impacted by these delays will be receiving a coupon toward an order placed in May in our next email, stay tuned for details!
