Kombucha CollaGin Fizz
KOMBUCHA COLLAGIN FIZZ

Alcohol can be sterilizing to the microbiome–think about using an alcohol swab to sterilize! The same thing can happen in the gut with overconsumption of alcohol and this can drive dysbiosis or overgrowth of bad bacteria. Kombucha provides beneficial yeast and bacteria to protect the biome and helps combat Vitamin K deficiency that is often seen in overconsumption of alcohol. The addition of collagen protects the gut lining from the irritation and distress that occurs with alcohol consumption!
1.5 oz gin
1 tsp collagen (We love Further Food!)
2 oz grapefruit juice
2 oz ginger kombucha
Ice for shaking
Place the collagen and gin in a cocktail shaker and stir until the collagen is fully dissolved. Add the grapefruit juice and shake over ice. Pour into a glass, then top with the ginger kombucha. Garnish with a grapefruit peel!
